House for rent

On a campsite located directly by the beach, house of 90 m2 to rent for 2 up to 4 persons.

GROUND FLOOR:

entrance with two sofas, living-room/dining-room, full equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, washing dishes)
a small terrace out of the kitchen with table and chairs

FIRST FLOOR:

2 bedrooms, one with a large bed (140×190) one with 2 beds (90×190)
pillows and blankets. Sheets are not provided but you can hire some if needed
one bathroom (bath, sink and WC)

The house has air conditioning, TV.

Booking conditions

Reservation is effective after our agreement and reception of a deposit.
Hiring conditions: weekly-from saturday to saturday.
Parking: 1 vehicule accepted only

Payment

Deposit of 30 %. The rest is due on arrival. There is no. Reduction due to late arrival or anticipated departure.

Cancellation

If made one month before arrival, 50 % of the deposit will be paid back. Less than one month, the deposit will be fully kept.

Deposit

We take a deposit of 150 euros on arrival. Cleaning is not included, you have to leave the chalet as clean as you find it, in order, and the inventory complete. Cleaning service (80 €) if not done, lost items or any damage in the chalet.
